The Airshow is the first big fall weekend: Saturday night a parachute team drops into the 7th Street beach with pyrotechnics at 8pm, and Sunday at 1pm the aerobatic show flies the ocean from 6th to 14th Street. Our house is six blocks straight down 12th from the middle of it.
The weekend
Check in Friday at 4pm, Saturday on the sand (no tags needed after Labor Day) and the 8pm parachute show from the boardwalk, Sunday the 1pm airshow from a chair at 12th Street, checkout Sunday at 10am or ask us about a late one. Two nights, cleaning included, on our weekends board.
Friday evening on the deck, Saturday beach and the night show, Sunday the airshow. Sunday checkout is 10am; if nobody arrives that day we can usually give you until noon, so ask. September ocean is usually still around 70 degrees.

The Boardwalk Aerobatic Airshow is Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 1pm, flying over the ocean between 6th and 14th Streets. The night before, Saturday September 19, a parachute and pyrotechnic show jumps into the 7th Street beach at 8pm and is visible along the boardwalk. Beach tags are not required after Labor Day.
