Usually, yes. Direct bookings skip the platform guest service fee, which typically adds several hundred dollars to a summer week. We show the full price with every line item before you pay, so you can compare totals yourself. No hidden fees, ever.
Is booking direct safe?
Yes. You pay by card through a secure payment link from a real card processor; we never ask for wire transfers or payment apps. You get a signed rental agreement, a confirmation with our names and phone number, and the same door-code check-in as any platform stay.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation terms are shown before you confirm and in your rental agreement. If your plans change, contact us directly; we are the owners, so there is no support queue between you and an answer.
Do repeat guests get priority on summer weeks?
Yes. Ocean City families famously rebook the same week every summer. Direct guests get first call on their week for the following year before the calendar opens to the platforms.
