Haven on 12th is not a property-management portfolio. It's our family's beach place at 12th & Haven, renovated in 2026, and we host it ourselves: the listing, the guidebook, the beach gear in the closet, and the reply when you message us.

We fell for this stretch of Ocean City the way most people do: the 12th Street Beach with kids, the boardwalk a few blocks up, pizza at the boards, and the fact that America's Greatest Family Resort actually lives up to the flag. When this top-floor unit came up, we jumped.

If anything about your stay isn't right, you're one message from the owner, not a call center.

The practical details

• Every stay includes a written rental agreement and secure card checkout. We never ask for wire transfers or payment-app transfers.
